1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items such as gift cards, clearance items, and personalized products are non-returnable.


2. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@anglerbyabu.shop to request a Return Authorization.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service.


3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please notify us when requesting your return.

  • Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


5. Defective or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
